This weekend (Sunday, 15th November) in our continuing Curvy Rewind series throughout this month as we replay favourite recent episodes, Curvy crewster, Oliver Cherer in the UK goes all instrumental on us with a live recording of Non-Blank’s improvised soundtrack to the film, The Cabinet of Dr. Calgari via Wiaiwya records. Non-Blank are (Ollie, Riz Maslen aka Neotropic, Jack Hayter and Darren Morris. Ollie also introduces us to the gorgeous sounds of Scottish musician, Erland Cooper and also epic45 via Wayside & Woodland Recordings.
Gayle in Sydney, introduces us to the First Sounds project put together by the Community Broadcasting Association of Australia (CBAA) and First Nations Media Australia (FNMA) to get more Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander artists heard across Australian radio airwaves and keeps the curves spinning with a fabulously eclectic set of old and new from all around the Curvy universe.
