Wicked Sisters: Griffin Theatre
Sally chatted to Australian actor Deborah Galanos about Griffin Theatre Company’s production of Wicked Sisters and her portrayal of Lydia. They talk about feminism, the nuances of female friendship and playing drunk on stage.
Wicked Sisters was written by Alma de Groen, Griffin’s first literary director, and this production is a celebration of 50 years of the Griffin Theatre. The play has been re-imagined for 2020 audiences.
Wicked Sisters runs until the 12th of December at the Seymour Centre to accommodate socially distanced audiences.
