Protests Escalate in France, Macron Must Act Fast

Almost two years ago the world saw the yellow vest protests take over France. Now this past few months has seen a wave of protests taking hold. In late October protests erupted over the murder of a school teacher and now in this past month protests have arisen over a new law the government has introduced. All of this tension comes during a time of economic despair and criticism of how the government has handled the pandemic this past year.
