Consumer Behaviour Intervension: How often do you get nudged?

We don’t have to worry about recharging our mobile phone bills on time. Nor do we have to put an effort to find what the amazing deals on boxing day.  Text messages nudge us and inform us about them all!

We were in conversation with Professor Andrew Grant, Senior Lecturer in the Discipline of Finance at the University of Sydney Business School to talk about the impact of a nudge on consumer behaviour.
