Homelessness Down in City Despite Pandemic Stress
272 people were found to be sleeping rough in the City of Sydney’s latest street count in February, down from 334 last year. Crisis and temporary accomodation was also at 82% capacity, down 9%.
How has homelessness been combated during a pandemic? And can we maintain these lower numbers as life returns to normal?
