Humans responsible for destruction of forests and bushland

Climate change is increasing because of deforestation. Forests have been slowly shrinking over the years. Recent studies have revealed that humans have destroyed an estimated 2 thirds of the world’s population of rainforests. A 2019 study showed that a large chunk of the amazon has almost disappeared. Countries had to also deal with the recent bushfires that were destroying the environment further, becoming an increasingly serious problem due to the further rise in climate change.
