How to create a secure password
How do you create passwords, and more importantly how do you remember all of them?
A new study found that the password restrictions and requirements put in place for us to ensure we create secure passwords can actually lead to poor password security. The research from James Cook University found that a large number of people use strategies to remember passwords that can actually compromise their security such as using the same password for multiple sites.
The co-author of that study, Dr. Shailey Chawla, an adjunct lecturer in Information Technology at James Cook University joined Marlene Even on Breakfast.
