Why 25 hours work week is beneficial for you

In 2015, Sweden made headlines with 6-hours working days. It was said to increase productivity and intensity as well as leading to happier employees.

But in Australia and many other industrialised countries the average working hours for full-time employees is increasing. Researchers from the Melbourne Institute of Applied Economics and Social Research found that the amount of hours you work can have an impact of your cognition and that a part-time working week may be the best for your brain.

Could it be that short working hours is mentally and physically better for us?
