Dementia Action Week is giving rise to a platform for discussion, and advocating a positive change for people living with the condition.

‘A little support makes a big difference’ is this campaign’s theme, with an aim to educate, inform and spread awareness within the community.

Dementia Australia is continuing to make a difference in the lives of almost half a million Australians living with dementia, and the 1.6 million people involved in their care.
