How to tackle mental health by doing nothing
According to the Smiling Mind’s survey ‘State of Mind’, around 78 per cent of Australians had poor mental health during the pandemic. New activities done from home, online meetings, and lockdowns contributed to the concerning statistic.

While working out is a great way to tackle mental health, some times is critical to disconnect ourselves from the daily activities to give ourselves time to refocus.
