Mental Health Concerns for those from an Ethnic Minority Group

In our current climate, mental health remains a taboo topic of discussion, particularly for those who are from ethnic minority groups. Issues concerning culture, beliefs, values and accessibility are barriers to those individuals seeking and receiving adequate mental health support. We were joined by Ruth Das, National Project Manager of National Multicultural Mental Health Project to discuss how we can better support individuals from ethnic minority backgrounds.
