The Set the Standard Report, released by Sex Discrimination Minister Kate Jenkins late last month highlighted several areas of concern when it comes to workplace harassment and bullying in parliament.

Among these issues was the widespread use of Non Disclosure Agreements, or NDAs, which experts say have normalised the silencing of victims.
