Breaking down stigma around youth mental health issues

Do you or someone you know, have a mental health issue?

Every year, a quarter of young people aged 12-25 will experience mental health issues, and one in four of these won’t seek the help that they need.

A study has found young people in New South Wales are the most unwilling to talk about mental health compared to any other state in Australia, with 59 per cent of people saying they would be too embarrassed to talk about mental health problem with anyone.

So what can we do encourage young people with mental health issues to seek help?
