Western media coverage on Ukraine crisis not good enough
The conflict between Ukraine and Russia is at a tipping point, and the media have a critical role in its coverage.
While some media outlets are covering the conflict in a factual manner, some others are appealing to the humanitarian crisis, particularly in the US where remarks of the skin colour of refugees are noted. Also, some journalists are not covering the backgrounds of the conflict and the fractured history between Ukraine and Russia.
