Is the International Court of Justice’s ruling on Russian invasion binding?
The International Court of Justice has ruled Russia’s military operations in Ukraine must stop immediately.
While this court doesn’t have authority over sovereign countries, the decision ratifies the illegality of the Russian invasion over Ukraine.
But how legally binding is this decision?
