Visualising healthcare on Transgender Day of Visibility

Transgender Day of Visibility is an annual international celebration of transgender pride and serves as a platform to raise awareness about issues which may not usually be in the forefront of public discourse.

While healthcare is an issue that has become close to many people over the past few years, there is a community disproportionately disadvantaged.

The transgender community is not only vastly disadvantaged in wider society but they are also overlooked within the LGBTIQ+ community. Many health professionals however, have been working towards a more accepting environment to encourage a solution.
