If you’re pregnant, conversations around nutrition are often about what you can’t or shouldn’t eat…. It can be pretty restrictive. So what about what you can or should eat? A new book called Nurture The Seed is part nutrition guide, part cookbook – and it aims to provide empowerment and options when it comes to pre-natal nutrition through evidence-based info and recipes to help keep pregnant mothers, and their children healthy. It is the creation of a couple of good friends, dietician Renee Jennings and writer Georgia Gregory. Renee joined The Daily’s Stef Posthuma to tell us more.
