NSW Parliament Passes Greyhound Racing Ban
Overnight state Parliament were debating Mike Baird’s proposed ban on Greyhound Racing in NSW. Early this morning, the ban passed 49 votes to 30, despite three national MPs crossing the floor to vote against the Ban. The Ban will no doubt have wide reaching effects on the dogs involved as well as the people, and will also pull other animal racing sports into the spotlight.
