Net zero an empty promise without copper mines
Calls to increase copper mining in order to support Australia’s net zero emission goals were raised today by mining consultants.
More copper is required in order to meet electrification demands and mines in Australian are necessary to avoid the hyperinflated copper costs which are predicted to come as the world scrambles to reach net zero.
