The Health Benefits of Guided Nature Walks

Is your New Year’s Resolution to get healthy in 2023? Well, it may be as easy as taking a relaxing walk amongst nature.

There is one organisation that is committed to bringing the benefits of nature therapy walks to people all over the globe. It’s called the International Nature and Forest Therapy Alliance, and they have teamed up with Sydney’s Royal Botanic Gardens to hold two guided nature walks in January and February 2023.
