Film: Tár
Starring Australia’s own Cate Blanchett, Tár follows the story of fictional accomplished musician, and first female chief conductor of the Berlin Philharmonic Lydia Tár. Days away from recording the symphonic that will elevate her career, her life begins to unravel as controversies come to light. Tár also stars Nina Hoss and Mark Strong. Tár is available in select cinemas now.

Series: Atlanta
Created, produced, and written by Donald Glover, Atlanta follows the struggles of manager Earn Marks (Glover) and his cousin and rapper talent Alfred Miles (Brian Tyree Henry) as they try to make a name for themselves in the music industry. Atlanta is available on Disney+ and SBS on Demand.

Series: City on a Hill
Set in Boston in the 1990s, City on a Hill stars Kevin Bacon as corrupt FBI veteran Jackie Rohr, and Aldis Hodge as newly appointed Assistant DA DeCourcy Ward. The show follows the two men as they try to take down a gang of armoured car robbers, and the toll the job takes on the two men and their families. City on a Hill is available on Stan.
