Fire-fuelled feast at Mopoke 24-hour Festival

Chef Karl Patrick Thomas hosted a fire-inspired feast at last weekend’s Mopoke Festival held over 24 hours in the CBD.

The festival ran from dusk on Saturday to sunset on Sunday and includes some incredibly innovative and exciting experiences including Flavour from the Fire.

Chef Karl of former Sydney Opera House glory hosted a fire-inspired feast using whisky to create a three-course meal centred around the hot coals.
