Lahgo Back with a double single ‘Fool me/Paper Dreams’
Are you a hopeless romantic?
Sydney’s band Lahgo’s latest double singles will have you feeling like you are not the only one out there who sucks at romance.
The double single drop is ahead of a new EP only months after they launched their debut EP ‘Chasing The City’. The first single on the double is called ‘Fool Me’ which front women Mel has described as “early stages of a late-night fling, where it’s tough to know if it’s all in your head.” The second single on the double is called Paper Dreams which Mel has also described as “a bittersweet goodbye to those we leave behind, with the hope of finding each other again someday.“
The new release is a vulnerable side to Lahgo that we have not seen before and with the sophomore EP ‘Midnight Revelry” set to be released in June there is no doubt that we will see more of it with Lahgo already dubbing the EP “stories of late night mischief and the fleeting romances to pair.”
Listen above to hear Guitarist Pablo Smooth and Bassist Lee speak about their hopeless romances and mischief nights.
