During the 1980s the city of West Berlin would become the dingy captial that would house some of the times most daring music acts. A new documentary B-Movie: Lust and Sound in West Berlin depicts the bohemian vibe of this city still recovering from the ravages of World War II that would offer inspiration for the likes of Nick Cave, Blixa Bargeld and many others in a swelling underground music scene. Stephen Hill chatted to musician and record producer Mark Reeder about his times in West Berlin chronicled in this documentary screening at the German Film Festival.
