STROBE brings the rain: Golden Age Cinema

Indie arts conglomerate Groove Scooter returns for the third edition of STROBE, a music-themed mini film festival, at Golden Age Cinema. From a documentary on highly influential rockers CAN to the psychedelic trip that is The Monkee’s ‘Head’, Groove Scooter has curated an eclectic lineup of music-based films. Having kicked off last weekend, STROBE is headlined by a weekend of film dedicated to rock legend Prince, including flicks such as ‘Sign O’ the Times’ and, you guessed it, ‘Batman’, in honour of his 65th birthday.

Sean spoke to STROBE co-curator Georgie Zuzak on Wednesday Drive to discuss why you shouldn’t miss the chance to catch one of these rare films. The festival runs until June 11, so be sure to buy your tickets at Golden Age Cinema while you still have the chance.
