In 2014, Australians spent a whopping $191 million AUD on chocolate at Easter time. This number increases 4.5% each year, creating an alarming figure to Australia’s obesity epidemic that is estimated at a cost of $120 billion each year. Therefore, the question lies, what can be done to eliminate the increase of obesity around holiday seasons?
