On Tuesday 19th December The Tuesday Daily ceased to exist and The Mayor Show took it’s place. Covering all things mayors, the show will live on in history as the only time in Australian radio history that 3 hours of air time were dedicated purely to mayors (and also weather and traffic updates).

As part of The Mayor Show, Lachlan got to speak to Mayor Tanya Taylor of Willoughby City Council. With only ten minutes between being introduced and Mayor Taylor’s next appointment, the two stormed through all the important topics! They covered things like giant scissors used in opening ceremonies, why she is so popular, and which of her peers has a passion for fireworks.
