Advancements in Photovoltaic Technology will see a 100% Renewable Power Grid by 2050
Experts say by 2050, we will be able to power the grid with 100% renewables. While batteries will play a role, much of the power will come from exciting new photovoltaic technologies that form thin, flexible films and windows that serve a purpose and provide power.
“The industry keeps surprising me because it’s growing at a phenomenal rate. It’s important to communicate how quickly it’s growing because we are going to see so much change in the next 20 years.”
