Australia Passes World-First Vaping Law
The government has secured a deal with the greens in the senate in order to pass world first legislation against vaping. The bill will see Australians only able to access vapes through pharmacies and anyone under the age of 18 requiring a GP certificate in order to purchase them. Vapes themselves will be subject to plain-packaging laws similar to that of existing tobacco products.
