A recent campaign by the Liberals has seen Queensland Premier Steven Miles depicted through AI on Tiktok.

While this has caused uproar from the Labor Party, this is not the first time AI has been used in political campaigns.

Ben Fragiadakis spoke to Dr Susan Grantham of Griffith University about the future of political campaigning on social media, and the ethics of AI in these campaigns.
