SA gearing up for second stage of single-use plastic ban
This month is Plastic Free July, an initiative to raise awareness of plastic use in everyday life, and to reduce our reliance on these products, which are made from fossil fuels.
South Australia was the first state to ban single-use plastic shopping bags, and is currently in the process of banning more single-use plastic items, such as bread tags, with the next stage of the ban set for this September.
