In 2007, pop star Britney Spears performed her song Gimme More at the MTV Music Video awards – a performance that many people were critical of. In response to this, YouTuber Cara Cunningham – then known as Chris Crocker – decided to publish a video biting back at the criticism. Little did she know that this would eventually become a viral video, even covered by Fox News in the United States. In this week’s Tales From The Internet, Siobhan and Max discuss how Cunningham’s emotional vent became a viral sensation, even causing her to star in a Weezer music video!
