Israel strikes on Lebanon leave Australians concerned over relatives
Israel’s recent strikes in Lebanon which have left close to 500 people dead, has lead to many Lebanese-Australians fearing for their relatives as well as other Australians currently living there. This could number up to 30,000.
Whilst the government has called for Australians to leave Lebanon immediately, others allege that the government hasn’t provided them any help.
The recent strikes came as Israel claims it’s attacking Hezbollah military targets, and states further operations are set to take place.
