The Path towards Professional Coaching for Indigenous Athletes

Forging a career as a coach in professional sport can be hard enough but it appears especially hard for Aboriginal coaches trying to cut it in the industry.

With an alarmingly small number of Aboriginal sport coaches in Australia, 2ser spoke with Academic Program Director of Health and Physical Education at Western Sydney University, Dr. Andrew Bennie, to discuss the issues faced by Aboriginal coaches making the transition into the professional game.
