This week, the Torres Strait Islander plaintiffs, taking action against the Federal government for duty of care in terms of climate change, visited the Northern Rivers.

They visited residents who have been impacted by natural disasters in the area.

Uncle Pabai Pabai is from Boigu, the lowest lying Island in the Torres Strait and Uncle Paul Kabai is from Saibai Island.
