Georgia is currently at a crossroad, where one path sees Georgia eventually integrating into the European Union. Whilst the other sees Georgia remaining under Russia’s authoritarian and imperialistic influence.

Following the 2024 Georgian election results, it saw a pro-Russian party known as the Georgian Dream Party coming into power. This has led to protests by Georgians as the party seeks to further delay Georgia’s integration into the EU.
