Would you ever eat a cane toad or a feral cat?

Australia’s battle with invasive species calls for new and creative solutions, and the idea of turning these pests into food is an interesting concept. The ABC series Eat The Invaders explores this approach and how species such as cane toads and carp can be transformed into sustainable food sources.

Jaana Dielenberg, a Biodiversity Council Communication and Engagement Manager who also featured in one of the series episodes, joins The Daily to discuss this idea of eating these pests and how they affect our environment.
