Climate Council Report on Extreme Weather
Australia seems to be in the grip of increasing temperatures, with Sydney just experiencing its hottest January on record. However, a new Climate Council report has detailed that the knock-on effect of these hotter temperatures is the greater frequency of extreme weather events of all types. Adrian spoke with Dr Martin Rice, Head of Research for the Climate Council, to find out about the implications of the report and see what can be done to mitigate these extreme events.
