Concerns regarding smokestacks in Sydney’s Inner West
With news last week that designs contained in a “Cabinet-in-Confidence” document – seen by the ABC and Fairfax Media – for a number of new smoke stacks in the Inner West and Northern parts of Sydney, the subject has again drawn criticism.
2ser spoke to Janet Dandy-Ward, spokesperson for the WestConnex Action Group, to talk about the concerns regarding such a proposal and the implications of the proposed new smokestack at the Rozelle Interchange linking the Western Harbour Tunnel and the WestConnex project, as was revealed by the ABC last week.
