Sweet Christmas, it’s only a week away!
If you’ve left your Christmas shopping until the last minute, never fear. Here’s a list of all the markets in Sydney that you can still head along to and and get a creative present for a loved one or yourself!
Just up the road from the Glebe Markets, find something extra unique at the Summer edition of this quarterly market with handmade homewares, fashion, art, ceramics, jewellery and much more. Everything on sale has been made by local designers and makers who also run the stalls.

Australian Botanic Garden Christmas Market
Head to the beautiful Lakeside Lawn in the Garden for a traditional Christmas Market with a range of artisan stalls and followed by the Carols in the Garden concert. Art workshops are available for the kids.

Get into the SILY season and pick up some stocking stuffers from local makers and artists all while enjoying a drop or two in the courtyard with festive feeds, Chrissy cocktail jugs, beers and live music from Jerome Fandor and DJs. Donation entry will go to the less fortunate through Mission Australia.

Reminiscent of the Portobello and Williamsburg Markets, find some truly unique finds at this boutique market that draws inspiring merchants and makers in fashion, design, kids and vintage memorabilia plus pop-up restaurants and live music from local talent. This is a minimal waste event. Puppies and bikes are welcome.

107 Presents two days of locally made art and design featuring a line-up of first-time stallholders and seasoned favourites. This is the place to connect with fresh emerging art and their creators.

Browse a seriously decent line-up of boutique stalls and food experiences in the final Brewery Yard Market of the year. Catch with your local creative community before heading off on holidays or pick up some last-minute gifts or spoil yourself.

hardtofind.com.au is stepping offline and into IRL as they bring a bunch of their favourite sellers together where you can meet the makers. There will also be a personalisation station, pop-up workshops, live music and Pimms on tap!

The Westies Christmas Twilight Market
Not all markets are limited to the inner city area! Find local produce, handmade, one-off fashion items and homewares at the Westies Markets with most stallholders coming out of Western Sydney. There will also be live entertainment, workshops and gourmet treats galore.

(Pictured) Don’t get your tinsel in a twist trying to find gifts as The Grounds have a week long market in the lead up to Christmas. Find locally created gifts including leather monogramming, wicker handbags, natural skincare, jewellery and more. In the spirit of giving, there will also be a charity gift wrapping stations.

Carriageworks Christmas Farmers Market
If you need to get food supplies before the big day, Carriageworks will host over 115 stalls with a delightful range of fresh Christmassy produce, handmade condiments and more. There will also be plenty of cooking-related giftware available including cooking utensils, cookbooks and cooking school vouchers for the foodie in your life.
