All week on 2ser we’ve been exploring ‘Her’, the stunning second album from Melbourne’s Totally Mild and the 2ser feature album.
On Her, topics of queer domestic life, stale romance, and new desires are combined with the sounds of lush jangle pop and intimate piano balladry.
And the first thing you might notice if you see a copy of Totally Mild’s Her is the striking cover, which features front-woman Elizabeth Mitchell’s wife Xanthe in a jacuzzi with a portrait of Elizabeth’s mother hung up in the background.
