Are staff and the gaming environment contributing to gambling addiction?
Head of the Experimental Gambling Research Lab at Central Queensland University, Matthew Rockloff, joined us to talk about the environment of the gaming room, its staff and how these factors can contribute to addiction. Rockloff also discusses the allegations against supermaket giant Woolworths and whether claims that it had been compiling information on regular users drinking and gambling habits, and distributing them to venues, could be substantiated.
