How a Video Game Cover Band is Helping Indigenous Kids

A video game cover band, Birdman or The Unexpected Virtue of a Tony Hawk Pro Skater Cover Band, is teaming up with a fantastic charity, Skateworks Australia to raise and skateboards for a fantastic initiative that takes skating to indigenous communities on school holiday projects and connects the youth to the culture through skating. Along with artists like Urthboy, sleepmakeswaves, Le Pie and Palms, the night aims to raise awareness and gain some awareness and money for the cause. The event is on the 26th of July at the Lansdowne Hotel. Jon Burns from Skateworks and Nathan Wood from Birdman joined Mick in the studio
