Sporting Assault and the Law
On Sunday Evening during the AFL match between the Fremantle Dockers and the West Coast Eagles, Andrew Gaff ‘King hit’ Andrew Brayshaw 100m away from play. Brayshaw was left with a broken jaw and four displaced teeth and many are calling for criminal charges to be pressed against Gaff. To unpack the issue we were joined by Sports Lawyer David Galbally.
