October is the month of two very exciting campaigns: Dogtober and Buy Nothing New Month.
Dogtober is a month-long campaign by Assistance Dogs Australia to raise awareness for and celebrate dogs that support people with disabilities.
Buy Nothing New Month is an international month to promote awareness about waste and where the things we buy come from – The idea is not to buy anything new with the exception of essentials.
Weekend Breakfast producer Indre McGlinn joined Jess in the studio to chat about training assistance puppies and how you can buy less this month and every month!
