Helping Aussie Wildlife Stay Cool in a Heatwave
NSW has sweltered through a heatwave since Tuesday with regional areas ticking over 45 degrees. This weekend will bring some cool relief but we will be seeing the hot temperatures rise again next week. Experts advised for people to stay indoors and seek air-con but what about our Australian wildlife that are stuck outside?
Our Australian wildlife may not use to such extreme 45+ degrees heat. So how are our furry, scaled and feathered friends coping and how can we help them stay cool?
