According to new research published in the Asia Pacific Journal of Human Resources and reported in The Lighthouse all these factors could be a massive influence in how far up the corporate mountain you’re able to climb. Among other things one of the facts the researchers uncovered was that you have a better chance of being a CEO in Australia if you were born in USA, UK or Canada. We were joined by Professor Nick Parr, a professor from the department of Management Centre for Workforce Futures at Macquarie University and one of the researchers of the study to take a closer look at the research.
