Daily Naps – A Blessing Or A Curse?

Do you feel the afternoon slump? Do you love a cheeky nana nap after lunch? We’re all too familiar with the afternoon sleepiness during our 9-5 jobs.

Recently five experts were asked the question “should we nap during the day?” and 4 out of  5 experts said yes. While some evidence suggests that being sleepy is an early indicator of a sleep disorder or poor health it also suggests that naps can be beneficial for many adults!
