With the Federal Election one day away, we have been inundated with campaigns from all parties with promises to improve the economic conditions in Australia. One aspect of this is looking at ways to encourage wage growth across the country. We spoke with Senior Lecturer at the University of Wollongong, Dr. Martin O’Brien to breakdown some of the economic trends we are witnessing.
