Supporting Young People In Aged Care

When we think of who lives in aged care, we usually think of elderly people. But that’s not always the case. Around six thousand Australians aged under 65 live in residential aged care. Many face struggles that no person should have to go through. They’ve been telling their stories throughout the Royal Commission Hearing in Melbourne, which is still ongoing.

To talk more about this issue, we were joined by Bronwyn Morkham, the National Director of Young People in Nursing Homes National Alliance, who is at the Royal Commission Hearing.
